Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Cancellations or changes to your order can be made as long as they are submitted before the order has shipped. If your order has not yet shipped, we can also update any incorrect mailing or email addresses.
Please note that we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed due to the nature of our products. We do however offer store credit. That way you can try something else from our collection, you get to keep what you purchased and it saves you a trip to the post office. Please note that once the product is delivered you have 30 days to request store credit. After 30 days, no store credit will be issued. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us at contact@twistedtresses.co.
To assist you effectively, kindly provide the following:

1. The order number
2. A clear photo of the package.
3. A photo of the damaged or defective product.
4. If you are missing an item, please include a photo of the items you received.
